No-shows may result in a cancellation or no-show fee per the provider's policy. Our platform tracks provider and patient no-show history.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so as early as possible through the platform. Most providers require at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book with certain providers. Providers also have their own no-show history tracked — accountability runs both ways.
