Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling can be handled by messaging the provider directly through the platform.

If you need to change your appointment date or time, contact the provider as soon as possible through the in-app messaging system. Providers are generally accommodating with reschedules given sufficient notice. If the provider cannot accommodate your new timing, they may suggest an alternative or release the booking so you can book with another provider.
