How do payments work on the platform?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Providers receive funds directly via Stripe Connect to their linked bank accounts.

The payment flow:

1. Patient pays at booking or upon completion (depends on provider settings)

2. Stripe processes the payment securely

3. Funds are held per Stripe's transfer schedule

4. Provider receives payout directly to their linked bank account via Stripe Connect

All transactions are documented in both the patient's and provider's platform dashboards.
