Can I get notifications?

Yes. The platform sends notifications for booking status changes, new messages, and important account updates.

Notifications can be delivered via email and in-app. You'll be alerted when a provider accepts or declines your request, when you receive a new message, when your appointment time is approaching, and when any payment or account action occurs.
