What triggers a provider suspension?

Repeated no-shows, unresolved disputes, expired credentials, or policy violations can trigger a provider review or suspension.

Common triggers:

  • Excessive patient complaints or low ratings
  • Multiple unresolved disputes
  • Expired certification or lapsed insurance
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows
  • Violations of platform terms of service
  • Reports of unprofessional conduct
  • Providers receive warnings before suspension when possible. Expired credentials are flagged automatically and providers are given a grace period to update documents.
