Tracking depends on the lab and shipping method used. Many providers use FedEx with tracking numbers, and our platform's supplies store integrates directly with FedEx for outbound shipments.

For FedEx shipments, you can track your specimen online using the tracking number provided by your phlebotomist. Lab receipt is confirmed by the lab itself, and your results will be released through your doctor or patient portal once testing is complete.
