Can samples be tracked after collection?

Samples shipped via FedEx through our integrated shipping system include tracking numbers. Lab receipt is confirmed by the lab directly.

The FedEx tracking number is provided to both patient and provider at the time of shipping. You can track your specimen's transit status on FedEx.com. Once the lab receives and accessions the specimen, the tracking milestone updates to "Delivered." Results are released by the lab through your physician's portal.
