Can mobile phlebotomy fix lab errors?

Providers can perform redraws when requested by the lab or patient. Platform booking history provides documentation for audit purposes.

If a lab result is inconsistent with clinical expectations, the issue is often pre-analytical (collection or transport). In these cases:

1. Contact your provider through the platform to discuss a redraw

2. The provider reviews the booking history and documentation

3. A redraw is scheduled; the cause of the original rejection is addressed

4. The new specimen is shipped with appropriate corrections

All booking history is preserved in the platform for accountability.
