Yes. Urine collection can be coordinated during a visit — the patient self-collects with provider instruction and verification.

Providers bring appropriate collection cups, chain-of-custody kits (for drug testing), and specimen bags. For timed collections (24-hour urine), providers can deliver collection containers and return to pick up the completed specimen.
