Can samples go to Quest Diagnostics?
Yes. Providers routinely collect and ship to Quest using Quest-supplied kits or their own packaging.
For Quest draws, you or your doctor should have a Quest lab requisition (paper or electronic). The phlebotomist uses Quest-labeled tubes and shipping supplies (supplied by Quest or obtained through our platform's supplies store). Specimens are shipped via FedEx to the nearest Quest processing facility.
